Housekeeping Supervisor

<p>We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Housekeeping Supervisor. Key duties connected with this role are as follows:</p><ul><li>To inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms, turn-down (as assigned) to ensure that the standards are being achieved</li><li>Check the standards of the rooms and public areas</li><li>Ensure sufficient supplies and equipment available to your colleagues to enable them to carry out their job</li><li>Supervising Room Attendants and Floor Porters in your charge and making sure they have everything they need and that they are looked after</li><li>Take care of any lost property</li><li>Manage cleaning schedules to ensure consistent high levels of cleanliness are adhered to</li><li>Assist with stock takes and control of inventories</li><li>Monitor consumption of cleaning products and amenities to control wastage.</li></ul><p>Key requirements for this role are as follows:</p><ul><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Previous experience of supervising people is essential</li><li>Ability to inspire and get the best out of people</li><li>Great attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Immaculate personal presentation</li></ul><p>The Langham, London offers a wide range of benefits which include: uniform, meals on duty, holidays, free accommodation at other Langham Hotels, pension plan, colleague recognition system, learning and development opportunities and many more. </p>
