<p>Position Summary</p>

<p>As a&nbsp;Behavior Technician (BT), you will work directly with children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and positive reinforcement. You’ll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each child’s success.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Implement&nbsp;1:1 ABA intervention programs&nbsp;in home, school, or community settings</li>

<li>Observe, collect, and record data on client behavior</li>

<li>Teach skills outlined in individualized treatment plans</li>

<li>Participate in regular supervision with a&nbsp;Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li>

<li>Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team members</li>

<li>Proficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.</li>

<p>Requirements</p>

<ul>

<li>At least&nbsp;18 years of age</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to obtain&nbsp;Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire</li>

<li>Patience, energy, and a genuine interest in working with children</li>

<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team</li>

<li>Availability for&nbsp;a minimum of 10 hours per week</li>

<li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing)</li>

<li>Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies</li>

<li>Clean background check and positive professional references</li>

</ul>

<p>Pay Range</p>

<ul>

<li>$19.50/hour&nbsp;while completing RBT certification</li>

<li>$20.50/hour - $25.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.</li>
