Your Role:

<li>Using&nbsp;<strong>intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy</strong>, your primary mission is to maximize recovery for the value of our client’s harm and the wrong that caused it. You will be a key member of a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact.</li>

&nbsp;

<li><strong>Results / Outcomes:</strong></li>

<li>Be in the office from 8 AM to 5 PM, if not attending meetings, hearings, depositions, or trials. (Attend daily huddles at 8 AM.)</li>

<li>Review and note action on out-of-standard cases with the lead attorney weekly.</li>

<li>Resolve 95% of cases within Full Settlement Value.</li>

<li>Generate $1.5 Million in attorney fees per year.</li>

<li>Achieve a positive client review rate of 95%.</li>

<li><strong>Duties / Responsibilities:</strong></li>

<li><strong>Intake / First Meeting with Clients:</strong></li>

<li>Show compassion and build trust.</li>

<li>Document all facts pertinent to liability, damages, and coverage.</li>

<li>Outline client and office action items to posture the case effectively.</li>

&nbsp;

<li><strong>Investigation:</strong></li>

<li>Direct investigations to build strong cases for trial.</li>

<li>Assess insurance coverage and gather critical evidence.</li>

&nbsp;

<li><strong>Negotiation:</strong></li>

<li>Prepare cases for trial while evaluating Full Settlement Value.</li>

<li>Maintain relationships with adjusters while negotiating aggressively and strategically.</li>

<li>File suit when necessary and guide clients through the litigation process.</li>

&nbsp;

<li><strong>Litigation:</strong></li>

<li>Prepare pleadings and discovery for lawsuits.</li>

<li>Strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration.</li>

<li><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></li>

<li>Timely review and sign correspondence drafted by team members.</li>

<li>Collaborate effectively to ensure cases move efficiently through the process.</li>
