Chef De Partie

<p>We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our small team at Rose Bakery, working closely with the kitchen team.&nbsp;Kitchen experience is essential.&nbsp;Energy, adaptability along with a great attitude&nbsp;are also key for this role.<br></p>

<p>This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and requires weekend availability.</p>

<p><u>Key Responsibilities</u></p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Take ownership of your section, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard</li>

<li>Support the Head Chef in executing the menu and help with development of dishes</li>

<li>Have excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards</li>

<li>Be a strong team player, with the ability to communicate and motivate others</li>

<li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on quality and consistency</li>

<li>Have experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen</li>

<p><u>Skills Required</u></p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum 2 year kitchen experience required</li>

<li>Food Hygiene &amp; Safety Level 2 is desirable but not essential</li>

<li>Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills</li>

<li>Flexible attitude and ability to manage a varied workload</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and to be self motivated</li>
