<p>The Role We are seeking a passionate Home Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team. You will play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones and reach their full potential through:</p>

<li>Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional needs.</li>
<li>Developing individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration.</li>
<li>Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies for the home environment.</li>
<li>Collaborating with early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal outcomes.</li>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).</li>
<li>State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapist.</li>
<li>Experience: Knowledge of child development milestones (infants through adolescents); Home Health experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong professional judgment, child engagement skills, and the ability to work independently.</li>
