<p>The Role</p>

<p>We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our home care team. You will play a critical part in helping patients improve their communication skills through:</p>

<li>Direct Therapy: Delivering services as directed by the supervising SLP for both adult and pediatric patients.</li>

<li>Plan Execution: Following customized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs in natural environments.</li>

<li>Progress Tracking: Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting therapy activities for continuous improvement.</li>

<li>Holistic Care: Collaborating across disciplines to ensure patients receive well-rounded, high-quality intervention.</li>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<li>Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification.</li>

<li>State Licensure: Valid and current state license as a Speech Therapist Assistant (SLPA).</li>

<li>Population Experience: Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations is required.</li>

<li>Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a home-care setting.</li>
