Chief Technology Officer

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Develop and implement a cohesive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, focusing on accelerating growth and enhancing competitive advantage. Ensure our trading infrastructure supports high-volume, low-latency trading with maximum uptime;</li>

<li>Lead the technology team by fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performance culture. Mentor and develop the team to ensure they are proficient in the latest technologies and methodologies;</li>

<li>Drive technological innovation to improve trading platforms, back-office systems, and client-facing applications. Ensure our technology stack is scalable, reliable, and can support rapid growth and international expansion;</li>

<li>Oversee the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to protect client data and company assets. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and standards;</li>

<li>Negotiate and manage relationships with software vendors, technology partners, and service providers to ensure they meet the company's standards for quality and service;</li>

<li>Regularly review and optimize the performance of the IT infrastructure and systems to ensure they meet the demands of the business, including high transaction volumes and fast execution speeds;</li>

<li>Ensure that technology initiatives drive improved user experience and customer satisfaction. Be proactive in identifying and implementing technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of traders;</li>

<li>Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in the financial and tech industries. Evaluate and propose the adoption of new technologies that can benefit the company.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>At least 10 years of experience in a technology role preferably in the financial services or trading industry, ideally with a strong background in developing and optimising trading platforms like MT4 and MT5</li>

<li>At least 5 years on leadership position as CTO, Director of Engineering etc</li>

<li>Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that have contributed to measurable business growth;</li>

<li>Extensive experience with trading platforms, financial software development, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure management;</li>

<li>Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing technology team;</li>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;</li>

<li>Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements relevant to the trading industry;</li>

<li>A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience in business management is highly desirable;</li>

<li>Fluent in East Slavic languages;</li>

<li>Willingness to work from Cyprus office.</li>
