<p><u>About the Role :</u></p>

<p>The role will be responsible for managing key financial functions including Banking & Treasury, Accounts Receivable & Collection, Costing, Budgeting & Financial Planning, and Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will combine strong financial knowledge with hands-on experience in Corporate Banking, Credit, Bank Relationship Management, Financial Analysis, Cash Flow Management, and Working Capital.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on management role for a finance professional who can understand the numbers, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and translate financial information into practical business actions.</p>

<p><u>Key Responsibilities :</u></p>
<p><br></p>
<p>Banking & Treasury</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day banking activities and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.</li>
<li>Monitor bank balances, facilities, financing requirements, maturities, and utilization.</li>
<li>Prepare and monitor daily and weekly cash positions.</li>
<li>Prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.</li>
<li>Follow up on loans, credit facilities, export financing, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.</li>
<li>Coordinate with banks regarding transfers, financing, documentation, and facility requirements.</li>
<li>Monitor financing costs, interest expenses, and bank charges.</li>
<li>Identify potential liquidity gaps and recommend appropriate actions.<br></li>
</ul>
<p>Accounts Receivable & Collection</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the Accounts Receivable and Collection function.</li>
<li>Monitor customer balances, aging, overdue receivables, and collection performance.</li>
<li>Develop and monitor collection targets and forecasts.</li>
<li>Analyze customer payment behavior and credit exposure.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams to resolve collection issues.</li>
<li>Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.</li>
<li>Develop action plans for overdue and high-risk accounts.</li>
<li>Drive improvements in DSO and overall working capital performance.</li>
</ul>
<p>Costing & Profitability</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage product costing and ensure accurate cost information.</li>
<li>Analyze raw materials, packaging, labor, utilities, storage, logistics, and other production-related costs.</li>
<li>Monitor actual costs versus budgeted or standard costs.</li>
<li>Analyze production and cost variances and identify key cost drivers.</li>
<li>Monitor product profitability and contribution margins.</li>
<li>Support pricing and commercial decisions through accurate cost and margin analysis.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Prepare profitability analysis by product, customer, market, or business segment when required.</li>
</ul>
<p>Budgeting & Financial Planning</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the annual budgeting process across the organization.</li>
<li>Prepare operating budgets, cash flow budgets, CAPEX plans, and financial forecasts.</li>
<li>Review and challenge budget assumptions.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly Budget vs. Actual analysis.</li>
<li>Identify significant variances and provide clear explanations and recommendations.</li>
<li>Maintain rolling forecasts based on actual performance and business developments.</li>
<li>Support scenario analysis and financial modeling for business decisions.</li>
<li>Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, investments, and business initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p>Cash Flow & Working Capital</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor and improve the company’s working capital position.</li>
<li>Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and monitor actual performance against forecast.</li>
<li>Analyze the relationship between collections, supplier payments, inventory, and financing requirements.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve the company’s cash conversion cycle.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and their impact on liquidity.</li>
<li>Work closely with relevant departments to improve cash conversion and liquidity.</li>
</ul>
<p>Financial Analysis & Management Reporting</p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support decision-making.</li>
<li>Analyze profitability, liquidity, working capital, financing costs, and business performance.</li>
<li>Develop financial models, scenarios, and forecasts.</li>
<li>Identify financial risks, trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.</li>
<li>Provide clear and actionable financial insights to management.<br></li>
</ul>

<p><u>Qualifications & Experience :</u></p>
<p><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, Credit, Treasury, or Financial Management.</li>
<li>Strong previous experience in Corporate Banking / Credit / Bank Relationship Management is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Proven experience dealing with companies, credit facilities, financing structures, and banking requirements.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of cash flow management and working capital.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of financial analysis, costing, budgeting, and forecasting.</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, export, or a similar industry is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.</li>
<li>ERP experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li>
