<p>About The Role:</p>

<p>We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to step into a high-impact role supporting needs across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working autonomously, and loves turning data into actionable insights that improve business performance.&nbsp;<br><br></p>

<p>What You’ll Do:</p>

<ul>

<li>Own product, call center, and marketing reporting — dashboards, KPIs, A/B test analysis, and ad hoc requests</li>

<li>Lead enrollment and revenue reconciliation — ingesting carrier files, mapping to our book of business, and tracking approvals and payments</li>

<li>Produce partner reporting on a recurring cadence</li>

<li>Dig into member engagement and utilization data to surface healthcare-level insights</li>

<li>Help build carrier and partner-facing reporting that goes beyond enrollment — think plan performance, member behavior, and population health signals<br><br></li>

</ul>

<p>What We're Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.</li>

<li>Strong in SQL (you write it daily and comfortably).</li>

<li>Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent.</li>

<li>Self-starter with strong prioritization and communication skills—you know how to figure out what’s important without a roadmap.</li>

<li>Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-moving environment.</li>

<li>Experience partnering with product, marketing, operations, and/or finance teams.</li>

<li>Leverage AI tools to increase productivity<br><br></li>

<p>Nice to Have: </p>

<ul>

<li>Previous experience in healthtech, insurtech, or regulated industries.</li>

<li>Familiarity with Python, dbt, or data modeling concepts.</li>

<li>Experience supporting enrollment flows or lifecycle marketing data.</li>
