You will play a key role in transforming business goals into actionable strategies, fostering collaboration, and strengthening relationships with clients across Brasil.

Responsabilities

<li><b>Squad Management and Development: </b>Lead and guide a team of 8 people, ensuring engagement, clarity of priorities, and both technical and personal development, with a strong focus on high performance.</li><li><b>Project Execution and Quality: </b>Ensure deliveries are completed within scope and on time, maintaining consistency, quality, and visibility of results.</li><li><b>Strategic Planning and Consulting:</b> Translate business objectives into effective Martech strategies and action plans, aligning deliveries with client goals and priorities.</li><li><b>Client Relationship Management: </b>Build and strengthen long term relationships by understanding client pain points, goals, and opportunities to generate impact and growth.</li><li><b>Prioritization Management:</b> Define priorities and ensure efficient use of team capacity, maintaining a healthy balance between demands and deliveries.</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Collaborate with other leaders and squads to continuously evolve the Minders Method, increasing project efficiency and team satisfaction.</li>

Requirements

<li>+3 years of experience in Martech, SaaS, or digital consulting, working with mid to large-scale clients and projects.</li><li>+2 years of experience in team management and squad leadership within dynamic and multitasking environments.</li><li> Advanced English proficiency.</li>
