Senior Supervisor of Internal Logistics Operations and Supply Control |SFT

<p>Job Description:<br>The Senior Supervisor – Logistics Operation &amp; Supply Control is responsible for overseeing transportation operations, managing relationships with external transport providers, monitoring company vehicles and drivers, and ensuring cost-effective logistics activities. The role also involves preparing operational reports, supervising vehicle maintenance and licensing, and supporting the continuous improvement of the company's transportation system.<br>Job Responsibilities:<br>Transportation Management<br>Manage direct coordination with external transportation companies to secure trucks for required destinations.<br>Search for and evaluate new truck suppliers regularly to enhance and update the company’s transportation network.<br>Ensure the availability of transportation resources to meet operational requirements.<br>Logistics Operations Control<br>Monitor daily transportation operations and ensure smooth logistics processes.<br>Coordinate transportation schedules and ensure timely delivery to all destinations.<br>Fleet Management<br>Follow up on company vehicles regarding movements, operating hours, and utilization.<br>Coordinate vehicle maintenance, spare parts replacement, and ensure vehicles are in good operating condition.<br>Manage the renewal of vehicle licenses and ensure compliance with regulations.<br>Driver Supervision<br>Supervise and evaluate company vehicle drivers.<br>Ensure drivers follow company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.<br>Cost Control &amp; Analysis<br>Monitor transportation costs for both internal vehicles and external transport providers.<br>Analyze transportation expenses and compare internal fleet costs with outsourced transportation costs.<br>Reporting<br>Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) covering:<br>Transport destinations and routes<br>Number of transportation operations<br>Operating hours<br>Transportation costs<br>Prepare fleet performance reports including vehicle utilization, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.</p>
