Warehouse Coordinator

<p>The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Corporate Services and is responsible for coordinating tasks in the warehouse and ensuring that program sites have the materials and equipment they need to provide excellent care to students. This includes ensuring deliveries to program sites are prepped and recirculated as appropriate; snacks are ordered, packed, and delivered to sites based on the monthly food menu; and warehouse spaces are maintained to the expected level of cleanliness, organization, and safety. The Warehouse Coordinator also collaborates with the VP of Corporate Services and colleagues to develop timelines and plans that support the different programs offered by Club K throughout the year.</p>

<p>Minimum Skills and Expertise:</p>

<ul>

<li>Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and supply chain logistics</li>

<li>Professional level of self-direction</li>

<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate how one change has the potential to impact other tasks and team members</li>

<li>Comfortable and able to perform work while Walking, Standing, Squatting, Stooping, Kneeling, Bending, and Crouching</li>

<li>Able to lift and carry over 50 pounds</li>

<li>Clean driving record; able to provide proof of insurance and good driving record</li>

<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>

<li>Demonstrates Club K's core values daily; Safety, Respect, Responsibility, Fun, Integrity, Continuous Improvement</li>
