<p>Are you a seasoned technical leader looking to architect solutions that drive strategic business growth? Epos Now is expanding its Engineering department in Norwich! We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to spearhead a major new initiative</p>

<p>In this senior role, you will take high-level technical ownership and drive a critical, fully funded milestone: the end-to-end Delivery of our Embedded Accountancy Project&nbsp;This is an incremental growth position where you will shape system design, mentor team members, and ensure the seamless integration of robust financial workflows into our global platform infrastructure</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities &amp; Measures of Success (KPIs):</p>

<ul>

<li>Project Leadership: Own and drive the successful, end-to-end engineering delivery of the Embedded Accountancy Project</li>

<li>Architecture &amp; Health: Guide internal system design, optimize data logic, and ensure the scalability and long-term codebase quality of our financial integrations<br></li>

<li>Collaboration &amp; Influence: Champion technical discussions, refine developer best practices, and work closely with engineering leads and cross-functional stakeholders</li>

</ul>

<p>What We Are Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>Extensive commercial experience as a Senior or Lead Software Engineer, with proven expertise in object-oriented programming, modern backend design, and database architectures.</li>

<li>Strong background building or integrating complex APIs, data pipelines, microservices, or financial/ledger systems.</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical requirements, design scalable software systems, and provide technical guidance to a developing team.</li>

<li>Proximity or willingness to work from our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7)</li>
