Business Development Manager (IT Staffing)

<p>Business Integra Inc currently located in Bethesda, MD is seeking a business development manager responsible for new commercial business development, growing existing accounts, building and maintaining quality relationships with clients and managing key accounts and assignments.</p><p></p><p>The business development manager has a high level of responsibility and wears multiple “hats” on a daily basis. Superior time management and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this position.</p><p></p><p><b>Business Development Manager Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Generate new opportunities through a high volume of client contacts and visits.</li></ul><ul><li>Introducing and contracting Business Integra to new commercial clients</li></ul><ul><li>Builds relationships and acts as a trusted advisor to talent.</li></ul><ul><li>Identifies opportunities and develops solutions to meet client needs.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.</li></ul><ul><li>7-15 years of Commercial business development experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-based and deadline driven environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and establish new client commercial contacts for Business Integra locally and regionally</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.</li></ul><ul><li>A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.</li></ul><ul><li>Good experience working and developing Commercial clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Someone who have some good contacts with commercial clients and start serving their need in a fast paced environment. </li></ul>
