<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Assist in&nbsp;the hiring process by&nbsp;sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates</li>

<li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates for the Tech department&nbsp;</li>

<li>Manage the recruitment process from job posting to&nbsp;hiring</li>

<li>Focus on&nbsp;candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process</li>

<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to&nbsp;effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience</li>

<li>Experience hiring for Technical positions</li>

<li>Experience conducting competency-based interviews</li>

<li>Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English</li>
