About this role

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of endpoints across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time-sensitive decisions, effectively transforming the way that militaries close kill chains and enable mission autonomy.

Within Connected Warfare, the Army portfolio encompasses some of the largest and most consequential programs in modern defense including NGC2 and TITAN. These programs sit at the intersection of mission command, fires, and intelligence—the operational convergence that is reshaping how the Army fights.

ABOUT THE JOB

Overview:
As the Army Growth Leader, you will own the growth strategy, customer relationships, and capture execution for Anduril’s Army mission command and C2 portfolio end-to-end. You will be responsible for maintaining the NGC2 scale plan, expanding TITAN, and positioning the company to apply Lattice as the Army’s Intelligence Data Layer.

This is a hands-on capture role, not a strategy-and-coordination position. You will personally shape requirements with PAE and CPE leadership, execute aggressive capture campaigns, and cultivate the customer relationships that turn Anduril from a program participant into an enduring platform owner. You must understand how intelligence feeds into fires and command workflows at an operational depth that commands immediate credibility with general officer and senior civilian leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the Number: Carry full accountability for the Army growth plan, pipeline health, capture velocity, and multi-year revenue trajectory against the NGC2 scale plan
  • Grow TITAN: Execute capture strategies to expand Anduril’s footprint across the Army, positioning Anduril’s mesh and data infrastructure to capture the AIDP Data Layer, bridging mission command and intelligence to establish Anduril as the core architecture provider moving sensor data to shooters
  • Shape Requirements Upstream: Engage program executive offices, Army acquisition executives, and requirements owners 12–18 months in advance of solicitations to align requirements with Anduril’s edge compute, mesh networking, and software-defined C2 capabilities.
  • Own Senior Army Relationships: Serve as the primary growth face to Army acquisition executives, operational commanders at the 1- and 2-star level, and key leadership across PAE C2, T2COM, and ASA(ALT).
  • Lead Tier-1 Pursuits: Personally direct capture campaigns for 8- and 9-figure programs from early shaping through proposal submission and contract award, orchestrating engineering, product, pricing, and teaming strategies.
  • Outmaneuver the competition: Track competitor positioning across major programs to identify vulnerabilities, assess where incumbents are entrenched, and structure plays to displace or dilute their market share.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Maintain tight feedback loops between customer requirements and internal product/engineering teams to ensure that what is sold can be built, delivered, and sustained at scale.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 10+ years of experience in defense business development, capture, or growth leadership, with significant focus on Army C2, ISR, or intelligence domains.
  • Deep operational fluency in the convergence of intelligence, fires, and mission command workflows, including sensor-to-shooter data pipelines and targeting architectures.
  • In-depth understanding of the Army modern C2 landscape and shifting acquisition boundaries.
  • Proven track record of directly shaping requirements at the PAE/PEO level that resulted in captured programs valued in the 8- to 9-figure range.
  • Demonstrated success leading competitive captures that displaced or diluted entrenched defense incumbents.
  • Robust, active network across PAE C2, T2COM, ASA(ALT), and operational units at the 1- and 2-star command levels.
  • Hands-on capture leadership style with deep command of pricing models, teaming strategies, proposal development, and executive gate reviews.
  • Experience leveraging rapid, non-traditional acquisition mechanisms (OTAs, middle-tier acquisitions) and integrating software-first solutions into defense hardware programs.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to brief general officers and draft rigorous, executable capture documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior uniformed military service in Army intelligence, fires, or signal branches, with direct experience executing intel-to-fires workflows.
  • Prior capture, engineering, or operational experience directly supporting Army programs.
  • Prior experience operating within a venture-backed defense tech company or high-growth technology startup.
  • Working technical knowledge of mesh networking, edge compute infrastructure, and open-architecture software C2 systems.
  • Proven ability to build and scale a multi-hundred-million-dollar defense pipeline from early concept to scaled execution.
