<p>It’s the most wonderful time of the year—when we transform spaces into festive, magical experiences! From sparkling trees and wreaths to 6-foot menorahs, our team creates unforgettable holiday displays across the tri-state area.</p>

<p>…and we need your help to make it happen! Our Holiday season runs from October 2025-January 2026.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Positions we are hiring for include:</p>

<p>Drivers</p>

<ul>

<li>Valid driver’s license required (CDL not needed)</li>

<li>All drivers are also active members of the installation crew</li>

<li>Ability to drive a 16’–26’ box truck<br></li>

</ul>

<p>Foremen</p>

<ul>

<li>Technical ability, strong communication, leadership, and client-focused skills<br></li>

</ul>

<p>Quality Control Leaders</p>

<ul>

<li>Eye for design, attention to detail, strong communication and leadership skills</li>

</ul>

<p>Crew Members</p>

<p>What to Expect</p>

<ul>

<li>Full time hours (40 hours/week + OT)&nbsp;</li>

<li>Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be required (overtime common mid-November to early December)</li>

<li>Physically demanding roles: ability to lift 25+ lbs., stand for long periods, bend, crouch, kneel, stretch, and climb ladders</li>

<li>Seasonal roles with the potential to grow—our holiday team has often led to full-time opportunities at John Mini.</li>
