<p>The Role We are seeking a skilled COTA to join our growing clinic team. Under the supervision of a registered OT, you will provide essential therapy services to a diverse population—from infants to seniors—within our clinic through:</p>

<ul>

<li>Implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.</li>

<li>Providing direct instruction in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine/gross motor skills, and sensory processing.</li>

<li>Collaborating effectively with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure holistic patient progress.</li>

<li>Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the clinic remains a clean, welcoming space.</li>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<ul>

<li>Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.</li>

<li>Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).</li>

<li>State Licensure: Valid and current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.</li>

<li>Requirements: Must be comfortable treating both Adult and Pediatric patients.</li>

<li>Experience: Experience in a clinic setting is preferred; knowledge of developmental milestones and age-related conditions is required.</li>
