The successful candidate will act as a technical bridge across engineering, production, and program teams, driving production execution while ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of complex projects.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Support coordination and direction of lifting, rigging, and integration activities on the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety standards and engineering specifications</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams of union personnel for executing specialized production tasks</li><li>Interface across functions and programs to resolve technical production problems and achieve business goals</li><li>Plan, communicate, and execute procedures and project schedules, and support cost estimates for proposals</li><li>Champion lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tooling, and equipment</li><li>Mix of office and production floor environment</li><li>US citizenship is required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You are a motivated engineer with technical expertise in manufacturing integration and rigging who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams. <ul><li>Experience with manufacturing integration, crane operations, and rigging </li><li>Strong organization skills, verbal &amp; written communication with ability to work with multiple levels of management, peers, internal and external customers</li><li>Self-starter and motivated with demonstrated team leadership and interpersonal skills</li><li>Related degree and/or equivalent experience</li><li>Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) </li><li>Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance which requires US citizenship</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Experience working in a defense, aerospace, or equivalent environment</li><li>Experience with Mechanical or Plumbing systems</li><li>Experience with metrology or precision alignments equipment (laser trackers, laser scanners, etc.)</li><li>Experience with tooling or ground support equipment design and implementation</li><li>Experience with 3D modelling software (CAD) and engineering drawings</li><li>Demonstrated project management ability to develop and manage budgets, cost, quality, and schedule<br></li><li>Note: these are not requirements for the job but could be beneficial to the team.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
