<p>Epos Now is transforming how 100k+ hospitality and retail businesses manage their finances. We're building embedded accounting directly into our market-leading point-of-sale platform, giving merchants a single place to manage sales, cash flow, bookkeeping and compliance.</p>

<p>This isn't about maintaining an existing product. You'll own one of the company's biggest strategic initiatives, taking Embedded Accounting from its current stage through launch, growth and international expansion.</p>

<p>The Opportunity</p>

<p>You'll become the product owner for our Embedded Accounting platform, working alongside engineering, design, commercial teams and senior leadership to define what gets built next.</p>

<p>You'll own the roadmap, prioritise features, gather customer insight and ensure the team delivers high-quality releases that customers genuinely love.</p>

<p>Success in this role isn't measured by documents written.</p>

<p>It's measured by products launched, customers adopting them and revenue generated.</p>

<p>What You'll Be Doing</p>

<li>Own the Embedded Accounting product roadmap from idea through delivery</li>

<li>Prioritise features that solve real customer problems</li>

<li>Work closely with engineering to ship valuable releases quickly</li>

<li>Speak with customers every week to understand pain points and opportunities</li>

<li>Turn business strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria</li>

<li>Monitor product performance, adoption and commercial metrics</li>

<li>Champion the product internally across engineering, commercial and leadership teams</li>

<li>Help shape how AI is embedded into customer workflows to remove manual processes</li>

<li>Build the product that becomes the financial hub for thousands of SMBs</li>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>Essential</p>

<ul>

<li>3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager within B2B SaaS</li>

<li>Experience shipping successful software products</li>

<li>Strong understanding of accounting or bookkeeping workflows</li>

<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li>

<li>Comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria</li>

<li>Data-driven approach to product decisions</li>

<li>Understanding of AI and automation concepts, including how modern AI products can improve customer workflows</li>

</ul>

<p>Nice to Have</p>

<ul>

<li>Payments, fintech or commerce experience</li>

<li>Experience with POS platforms</li>

<li>Knowledge of VAT, reconciliation, invoicing or bookkeeping</li>

<li>Experience working on products across multiple markets</li>

<li>Familiarity with conversational AI or agentic workflows</li>
