<p>Role: Admin Assistant<br>Location: New Plymouth, New Zealand (Part-time, 24 hours a week)</p>

<p><br>The Role:</p>

<p>As our Admin Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our New Plymouth clinic. In this varied role, you'll manage appointments, patient records, reception and office administration, while helping maintain a well-organised clinical environment that delivers an exceptional patient experience.</p>

<p>Who we're looking for</p>

<p>Years of experience matter less than how you operate.</p>

<p>You're someone who:</p>

<ul>

<li>Has 3+ years' experience in administration, patient services, reception or office support roles. (healthcare is desirable but not essential)</li>

<li>Is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li>

<li>Is tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft 365 and patient management systems, and quickly adapts to new technologies and administrative processes</li>

<li>Provides exceptional patient service through clear, professional and empathetic communication</li>

</ul>
