AI Product Delivery Lead

We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and Al-delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise.<br><br>Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction.</p><p>We're hiring an experienced&nbsp;<strong>AI Product Delivery Lead&nbsp;</strong>to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a strategic, greenfield AI product programme. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering innovative AI solutions from discovery and MVP through to enterprise-scale production deployment across a complex global organisation.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, you will ensure AI products are delivered effectively, adopted successfully and generate measurable business value.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This is not a traditional Project Manager or Delivery Manager position. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience delivering AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI products into production environments and leading multidisciplinary teams throughout the full product lifecycle.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Note: this role operates on a hybrid working model, and requires up to 3 days per week at our customer Heathrow office.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Key responsibilities &amp; duties include:</strong></p>

<p><strong>AI Product Delivery Leadership&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Own delivery of strategic AI products from ideation through to MVP, production rollout and scaling&nbsp;</li>

<li>Translate product vision and business objectives into executable delivery plans and roadmaps&nbsp;</li>

<li>Drive iterative delivery and continuous value creation through Agile methodologies</li>

<li>Ensure successful transition of AI solutions from experimentation into production environments&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Product Owners, and Architects&nbsp;</li>

<li>Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery success</li>

<li>Manage programme risks, dependencies, delivery governance, and stakeholder expectations&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Enterprise Delivery</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Deliver AI solutions across complex enterprise architecture landscapes&nbsp;</li>

<li>Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage integrations with legacy and modern technology platforms&nbsp;</li>

<li>Navigate governance, compliance and operational requirements within a large-scale organisation &nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Agile Execution&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Drive Scrum-based delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and delivery reporting&nbsp;</li>

<li>Establish and track delivery metrics to ensure programme success</li>

<li>Promote continuous improvement and rapid iteration throughout the product lifecycle</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>AI Product Expertise</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Provide Leadership and guidance on AI delivery best practices</li>

<li>Support the adoption and implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions&nbsp;</li>

<li>Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve delivery efficiency and team effectiveness&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Required skills:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Proven experience delivering AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI products into production environments&nbsp;</li>

<li>Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AI product delivery, from concept and discovery through to deployment and scaling&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Owners, Architects and business stakeholders&nbsp;</li>

<li>Strong Agile delivery leadership, including Scrum methodologies, sprint governance, backlog management and delivery planning&nbsp;</li>

<li>Enterprise-scale delivery experience within large, complex organisations&nbsp;</li>

<li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership&nbsp;</li>

<li>Clear understanding of the unique challenges and considerations involved in AI product delivery compared to traditional software development&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience delivering solutions across complex technology landscapes with multiple integrations and dependencies&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience operating within regulated or highly governed environments&nbsp;</li>

<li>Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives&nbsp;</li>

<li>Understanding of emerging Agentic AI concepts and architectures&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Desirable skills:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience delivering AI solutions within AWS or other cloud-native environments&nbsp;</li>

<li>Background within aviation, travel, logistics, transport or similarly complex operational industries&nbsp;</li>

<li>Understanding of enterprise AI architecture patterns and AI platform capabilities</li>

<li>Experience delivering AI products focused on operational optimisation, automation, or business process improvement&nbsp;</li>

<li>Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices&nbsp;</li>
