Customer Integrity & Threat Detection Manager (Starlink)

<p>At SpaceX, we are committed to ensuring the service&nbsp;remains&nbsp;a force for good and sustains trust worldwide: both connecting the unconnected and executing thorough processes to detect and prevent misuse by illicit operators. We are looking for an experienced professional to detect, disrupt,&nbsp;and investigate potential misuse of the service—including proactively combating and deterring illicit operators. This&nbsp;person&nbsp;must strike the careful balance of safeguarding customer information and privacy while applying enforcement measures and executing with an even-handed approach, avoiding overreach and disproportionate collateral impacts.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks</li>

<li>Design and develop&nbsp;solutions to&nbsp;priority&nbsp;risks. Own their deployment and effectiveness in concert with a wide range of stakeholders  </li>

<li>Represent the team in&nbsp;cross-functional&nbsp;groups and&nbsp;in&nbsp;appropriate areas of expertise&nbsp;</li>

<li>Establish yourself as an expert in 2+&nbsp;relevant investigative techniques,&nbsp;technologies&nbsp;or&nbsp;abuse prevention strategies </li>

<li>Reactively investigate potential issues such as scams, fraud, and illicit goods and activities  </li>

<li>Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations</li></ul>
