Culture First

At Mend Join Make, we believe great marketing is built by great teammates.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages projects. We are looking for someone who believes strong client partnerships and thoughtful coordination shape outcomes — someone who approaches their work with clarity, ownership, and a collaborative mindset.

Meaningful work is created through collaboration, strengthened through communication, and delivered through accountability.

Our culture is rooted in five values — Grace, Presence, Accountability, Curiosity, and Collaboration — and they are not decorative. They shape how we hire, how we evaluate performance, and how we grow.

If you are energized by thoughtful work, high standards, and a team that challenges each other to be better, you will thrive here.

Position Overview

This role sits within our Account Services team and may be hired at either the Account Manager or Account Executive level, depending on experience.

Both roles help ensure client work moves forward with clarity, organization, and strong communication. More experienced candidates may take primary ownership of client relationships and strategic direction, while earlier-career candidates will focus on coordinating projects and supporting account leadership.

In either case, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that client goals translate into clear direction for our internal team.

You will work closely with writers, designers, and strategists to support marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, brand work, and integrated marketing efforts.

We serve growth-minded organizations in healthcare, ophthalmology, nonprofit, and purpose-driven sectors. Our work requires both strategic thinking and operational discipline.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels

Lead client meetings and strategic discussions

Translate business goals into marketing direction for the team

Guide campaigns and initiatives from planning through performance review

Projects move forward smoothly with clear communication and expectations

Internal teams have the context and direction they need to produce great work

Clients experience thoughtful partnership and proactive communication

Details are managed carefully while keeping the bigger strategy in mind

You anticipate needs and help solve problems before they escalate

Account Manager
1–3 years marketing, agency, or project coordination experience

Account Executive
3+ years marketing, agency, or client relationship experience

The MJM Standard

We hire and evaluate our team around five Core Values:

Grace
We treat setbacks as opportunities to strengthen our work and relationships. We respond with patience and problem-solving rather than blame.

Presence
We engage fully — with our teammates, our clients, and the work — creating alignment and clarity through intentional focus.

Accountability
We do what we say we’re going to do, and we look back to ensure we did. We own our commitments and our outcomes.

Curiosity
We seek understanding before acting. We ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and pursue insight that leads to better work.

Collaboration
We believe the best outcomes are built together. Clear communication, defined roles, and openness to feedback elevate the work beyond what any one person could create alone.

If you enjoy building strong partnerships and helping teams produce meaningful work together, we’d love to meet you.
