<p>Job Overview:</p>

<p><br>GaN is seeking a highly motivated Software Architect to support multiple software contracts and independent research projects.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>

<p>The Software Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the high-level structure of complex software systems. This role partners with product, engineering, security, and operations to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures. The Software Architect provides technical leadership, establishes technical standards, and guides teams in delivering solutions aligned with organizational goals.</p>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<p>Requirements&nbsp;(minimum):</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelors and fifteen (10) years or more experience. Advanced related degrees are preferred but not necessary.</li>

<li>Experience developing systems, assisting in software architecture, managing software requirements, and developing software solutions.</li>

<li>Clear communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrated leadership</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>TypeScript, HTML, SCSS, C++, Python, C</li>

<li>NodeJS and Web Browser development environment</li>

<li>Map Servers and the GDAL library</li>

<li>Agile like Development processes</li>

<li>Object Oriented programming and Design</li>

<li>Distributed system design,</li>

<li>SecDev, TENA,</li>

</ul>

<p>Special Requirements:</p>

<ul>

<li>Must be a U.S. citizen.</li>

</ul>

<li>Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Security clearance within 45 days&nbsp;</li>
