<p>Job Summary</p>

<p>The FMCG Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse operations in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. The role ensures efficient inventory management, high service levels, compliance with FIFO/FEFO standards, cost control, and optimal workforce productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<p>Warehouse Operations</p>

<ul>

<li>Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.</li>

<li>Ensure accurate inventory handling and strict compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.</li>

<li>Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow to improve efficiency.</li>

<li>Plan and manage labor requirements, shifts, and peak demand periods.</li>

</ul>

<p>Inventory Management</p>

<ul>

<li>Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.</li>

<li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damages.</li>

<li>Monitor stock aging, expiry dates, and slow-moving items.</li>

<li>Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all warehouse movements.</li>

</ul>

<p>Systems &amp; Reporting</p>

<ul>

<li>Utilize WMS/ERP systems to manage warehouse operations and reporting.</li>

<li>Track and analyze warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, losses).</li>

<li>Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.</li>

</ul>

<p>Team Leadership</p>

<ul>

<li>Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline staff.</li>

<li>Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.</li>

<li>Enforce discipline, attendance, and productivity standards.</li>

</ul>

<p>Health, Safety &amp; Compliance</p>

<ul>

<li>Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and FMCG quality standards.</li>

<li>Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and corrective actions.</li>

<li>Coordinate with Quality and Audit teams during internal and external audits.</li>

</ul>

<p>Continuous Improvement &amp; Cost Control</p>

<ul>

<li>Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.</li>

<li>Control warehouse operating expenses and minimize losses and damages.</li>

<li>Support automation, digitalization, and best-practice implementation.</li>

</ul>

<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience</p>

<p>Education</p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li>

</ul>

<p>Experience</p>

<ul>

<li>3-5 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG or high-volume distribution environments.</li>

<li>Proven experience leading large warehouse teams and managing multiple shifts.</li>

</ul>

<p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p>

<ul>

<li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and FMCG best practices.</li>

<li>Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office.</li>

<li>Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.</li>

<li>Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.</li>

<li>Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.</li>
