<p>40 hours per week on average<br>Health, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance<br>401K Retirement Package with up to 4% employer match<br>Paid Vacation and Personal Time<br>Training and Scholarships up to $1,000 per term<br>Premium Pay increase of .50¢/hour for all eligible employees working any hours on Saturday-Sunday, and weekdays before 6 am, or after 7 pm.<br></p>

<p><br>Position Overview:</p>
<p><br>Perform and oversee work in the areas of:<br>- Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the Grocery Department and Liquor Store<br>- Meet sales, gross, and labor goals<br>- Department scheduling and time card approval<br>- Staff recruitment, orientation, and training<br>- Workplace safety<br>- Basic maintenance and repairs<br></p>

<p><br>Essential Job Functions:</p>
<p><br>- Oversee customer service and the customer experience<br>- Direct and coordinate department production, pricing, and sales<br>- Review performance data and assess goal achievement to determine areas needing improvement<br>- Establish and implement departmental policies and goals<br>- Communicate issues with subordinates and superiors<br>- Interview and oversee the training of new employees<br>- Work with other managers in planning and directing promotional activities<br>- Oversee workplace safety in the Grocery Department<br></p>

<p><br>Requirements:</p>
<p><br>- Previous Department Manager, Supervisor, or equivalent experience<br>- Ability to pass a background check as described in the Safe Hiring Plan<br>- Intermediate knowledge and experience with computer systems<br>- Experience using office suites in a business setting, and/or equivalent education<br>- Comfort performing various monetary transactions<br>- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with employees, customers, and vendors<br>- Strong organizational skills<br></p>

<p>Physical Requirements:</p>
