<p>We are currently looking for a Supervisor Team Leader to join our team, leading and supporting a team of Supervisors while managing your own portfolio of residential insurance repair projects across QLD. <p>About the Role</p>

<p>As Supervisor Team Leader at ABC Group, you'll combine hands-on site supervision with leadership responsibility - guiding a team of Supervisors while ensuring your own portfolio is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, all while maintaining outstanding customer service.</p>

<p>Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Providing day-to-day guidance and support to Supervisors, acting as a technical escalation point for complex scopes, trade issues and customer concerns.</li>

<li>Coaching and mentoring Supervisors through regular feedback and practical support, and assisting with onboarding and training new team members.</li>

<li>Conducting quality reviews of projects, documentation and scopes of works to support high-quality, consistent outcomes.</li>

<li>Managing end-to-end delivery of your own portfolio - onsite assessments, scoping, quoting and coordinating trades and suppliers.</li>

<li>Liaising with insurers, clients and stakeholders to explain scopes, pricing and repair processes and manage expectations.</li>

<li>Monitoring budgets and team workloads, escalating risks and feeding back on capacity and performance trends.</li>

<li>Overseeing quality assurance, site inspections and handovers to ensure workmanship and compliance standards are met.</li>

<li>Participating in after-hours emergency/make-safe rosters and supporting catastrophe response work as required.</li>

<li>Promoting team engagement and positive team culture.</li>

<p>To ensure your success you will possess the following:</p>

<p><br><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Residential site supervising, project managing, estimating or foreman experience</li>

<li>Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting team members, ideally within a construction or insurance repairs environment</li>

<li>Confidence organising trades, writing quotes, conducting assessments and running residential renovations</li>

<li>A Site Supervisor/Builder's License (QLD) and a valid driver's license</li>

<li>Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and WHS standards</li>

<li>Relevant building or construction management qualifications (Certificate 4 in Building &amp; Construction desirable)</li>
