<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Master Degree in Law (international law, corporate law, or finance law)</li>

<li>At least 2 years in a legal role with a focus on international financial services, multi-asset brokerage, and/or VASP</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of international laws, with experience in multi-jurisdictional compliance</li>

<li>Experience with account openings and relationship management for EMIs, banks, and PSPs</li>

<li>Hands-on crypto licensing experience: MiCA/CASP (or readiness projects), VASP</li>

<li>Experience designing global structures and tax planning (with tax advisors)</li>

<li>Strong analytical capability: scenario analysis calculating timelines and risks, providing management recommendations with clear rationale</li>

<li>Confident preparation of regulatory packs and engagement with regulatory authorities</li>

<li>Intermediate level of English</li>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Group structure strategy &amp; Licensing:</strong><br>Handling structural solutions for the business: model alternatives (legal forms, ownership chains, IP contours, payment flows), assess tax and regulatory implications<br>Ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions<br>Support licensing applications for new markets, with the focus on VASP licenses</li>

<li><strong>Contracts &amp; Agreements:</strong><br>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including client agreements, partnership contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs, ensuring all terms protect the company’s interests<br>Provide expert legal counsel on complex international contracts and cross-border agreements, focusing on the сompany`s protection, dispute resolution, and regulatory adherence</li>

<li><strong>Account Opening &amp; Account Maintenance Processes:</strong><br>Manage and facilitate account openings with Banks, EMIs, PSPs and other financial institutions to support business needs<br>Conduct due diligence and oversee compliance checks required for account applications with financial and crypto institutions<br>Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial institutions , ensuring ongoing compliance with their requirements</li>

<li><strong>Risk Management &amp; Litigation:</strong><br>Identify, assess, and manage legal risks associated with multi-asset brokerage and crypto activities, collaborating with the compliance team to mitigate risks effectively<br>Oversee any disputes or litigation, coordinating with external counsel and ensuring the company’s interests are represented and safeguarded</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Will be a plus:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Diploma-level professional qualification in Compliance or AML (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, CISI)</li>

<li>Experience with CFD/FX brokers, MiFID II, or payments licensing</li>

<li>Launching offices/entities in different locations, cooperation and negotiations with regulators</li>
