Senior Director, Policy Team

<h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2>

<p>Evergreen is seeking a full-time Senior Director, Policy Team to serve as a critical thought partner to the Vice President, Policy in designing and executing a bold, actionable climate policy agenda for states and the federal government. As a senior member of the Policy team, the Senior Director will both solicit input from policy team members and translate the policy agenda into actionable work streams for policy team members. This will include managing and coaching the policy team to integrate seamlessly with the State and Federal teams to establish and effectively advocate for a bold policy vision applicable across the country. This position will directly manage all members of the Policy team.</p>
