The Business Analyst – Operations Manager serves as a senior program analyst and subject matter expert in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) within the Headquarters U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Office. This role leads efforts in resource planning, budget development, and program execution for Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) programs under both the Military Intelligence Program (MIP) and National Intelligence Program (NIP).
