<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>Completion of three (3) years of rigorous clinical training following graduation from Medical School, resulting in a Board eligible status. Verification of high level of clinical competence including humanistic qualities and professional and ethical behavior. Current Georgia license. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate. </p>
