<p>We are currently looking for a Residential Supervisor to join our team and be responsible for managing a portfolio of building repair projects across QLD. If you are looking to transition off the tools, conduct assessments and organise trades, this will be the perfect fit for you!&nbsp;</p>

<p>About the Role</p>

<p><br></p>

<p>As a Supervisor at ABC Group, your project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.</p>

<p><br></p>

<p>Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works</li>

<li>Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio</li>

<li>Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders</li>

<li>Overseeing trade activities to ensure all work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards</li>

</ul>

<p>To ensure your success you will possess the following:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Previous experience supervising / project managing multi-trade construction sites is a bonus!</li>

<li>Intermediate-level computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)</li>

<li>Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.</li>

</ul>

<p>• Working to policies and procedures</p>

<p>• Using project management software</p>

<p>• Project and budget management</p>
