<p>You will be the Electrical Engineer Sr for the Simulation and System Labs (SSL) team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge simulation hardware.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong><br>As the Electrical Engineer Sr you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating advanced hardware that powers Man‑In‑The‑Loop (MITL) and Hardware‑In‑The‑Loop (HITL) lab environments.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Develop and document wiring schematics, 2D drawings, parts lists, and configuration control for lab equipment.</li><li>Perform systems requirements analysis, estimation, and EVMS status coordination to meet cost and schedule targets.</li><li>Coordinate procurement, vendor engagement, and fabrication liaison for power distribution and avionics interfaces.</li><li>Oversee hardware checkout, troubleshooting, and integration of MITL and HITL systems.</li><li>Provide Earned Value Management inputs and collaborate across hardware disciplines.</li></ul><p><strong>What’s In It For You</strong><br>We are committed to supporting your work‑life balance and overall well‑being, offering flexible scheduling options.&nbsp;<a href="https://lmt.co/OneLM-JobDescription-Benefits" rel="noopener noreferrer">Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here.</a>&nbsp;Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? <ul><li>Bachelor of Science from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or Aeronautics Engineering.</li><li>Experience in electrical hardware design and interpretation/development of Engineering Drawings, Parts Lists, and/or Bill of Materials.</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Experience with Electrical Design tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and/or Capital Logic.</li><li>Experience with CM Tools such as PDM and/or CAD Datanet or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with Parts Purchasing systems such as SAP NPRs, P-Card, EMAS or equivalent.</li><li>Electrical Design/Troubleshooting experience with Electrical, Fiber Optic, and Audio/Visiual equipment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various hardware equipment vendors/suppliers.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.</li><li>For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
