<h2>Standard Job Description</h2>

<p>Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler Sr Spec ensures that manufacturing goals are met safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative team environment.&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Assist with leading the Team</strong>&nbsp;– Direct, coach, and develop assemblers</li><li><strong>Production Execution</strong>&nbsp;– Coordinate with the supervisor to balance workloads and monitor line performance to achieve daily output targets and on‑time delivery.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance</strong>&nbsp;– Ensure assemblers are working to the highest quality standards by leading and training them in best practices</li><li><strong>Process Improvement</strong>&nbsp;– Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, improve cycle time, and participate/lead process improvements in PMT</li></ul><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<ul><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years manufacturing and or production experience</li><li>Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Strong communication skills with the ability relay technical information to various levels of management.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently without direct supervision</li><li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Experience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issues</li><li>Experience identifying non-conformances in parts, equipment, or processes in order to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective action</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $51300.00 - $95300.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
