<h2>Standard Job Description</h2>

<p>As the Xcelerator Release Train Engineer - Level 4 you will be responsible for guiding the Xcelerator Agile Release&nbsp;Train, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact capabilities.&nbsp;Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Leading the Agile cadence, ensuring participation from team members and key stakeholders across the ART</li><li>Working closely with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of value across the enterprise</li><li>Facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning readiness and execution</li><li>Coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on SAFe, Agile, Lean, and Scrum practices</li><li>Managing risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating and tracking them to resolution</li><li>Tracking and reporting ART progress, risks, and dependencies using PI objectives, burn‑down/up charts, and other metrics</li><li>Lead retrospectives and drive actionable improvement initiatives</li></ul><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<ul><li>5+ years of RTE, Product Owner or Scrum Master experience</li><li>Experience working in JIRA</li><li>Ability to Coach and Mentor others</li><li>Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Certified in SAFe a plus</li><li>Experience leading complex IT<strong> </strong>Systems Integration efforts desired</li><li>Business Process Reengineering experience desired</li><li>Experience managing across organizational boundaries</li><li>Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems</li><li>Experience working with Siemens Xcelerator Platform a plus</li><li>Experience working with other Siemens Manufacturing systems a plus</li><li>Strong Project Management Skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to teams and individual contributors</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
