You'll ensure our tech and vehicles are safe, legal, and looking sharp. You're the person who keeps the operation moving smoothly and safely.</p><p><strong>Your Day-to-Day:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Tech-First Inspections: </strong>Use our vehicle app to track the condition of our fleet.</li><li><strong>The Safety Pro: </strong>Ensure all 3.5T vans are within weight limits and pull any vehicles that aren't up to standard (VOR).</li><li><strong>Problem Solver:</strong> Help drivers report defects and ensure they’re fixed ASAP.</li><li><strong>Site Management:</strong> Keep the depot flowing safely, managing traffic and equipment like fuel pumps and jump packs.</li><li><strong>Brand Boss:</strong> Make sure our drivers are rocking the DPD uniform and the vans are sparkling.</li></ul><p><strong>Weekly Focus:</strong></p><ul><li>Stay organized using Google Calendar to track vehicle notices.</li><li>Collaborate with the Transport Team to review any outstanding repairs.</li><li>Manage stock (lights, mirrors, etc.) and keep our HGV fleet data accurate.</li></ul>
