We are looking for an <strong>Onsite Recruiter</strong> who will serve as a key representative of our brand throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong executive presence, refined communication skills, and the ability to conduct high-quality, in-depth interviews that go beyond basic screening. The ideal candidate is someone who treats every interaction—whether virtual or in-person - with professionalism and intent, and is capable of delivering a 1:1, quality-driven hiring approach rather than volume-based recruitment.&nbsp;<br><br>

Role and Responsibilities

<p>Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and role requirements</p>

<p>Match candidates to specific hiring needs with a strong focus on quality and precision</p>

<p>Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions (virtual and onsite)</p>

<p>Evaluate candidate communication style, professionalism, and overall readiness for client-facing roles</p>

</li>

<p>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Maintain high standards in candidate experience, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values</p>

<p>Provide clear and structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations</p>

Qualifications

<p>At least 2+ years of interview experience beyond basic pre-screening (experience in full interviews and candidate evaluation required)</p>

<p>Strong executive presence and professionalism in both virtual and face-to-face settings</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company brand effectively</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Proven ability to assess candidates holistically and match them to specific role requirements</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Experience in quality-driven recruitment (non-volume hiring preferred)</p>

</li>

<li>

<p><em>Background in BPO recruitment is acceptable only if paired with exceptional communication and interviewing depth&nbsp;</em></p>
