Project - Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigations, CD/TOC Intelligence

Join our team and use advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies with industry insights to help clients bring clarity from complexity and accelerate their path to value creation.   Work You’ll Do As a Project,  Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigations,   on the project, you will: Serve as a network analyst, performing continuous research, analysis, multimedia production and dissemination to support client requirements.  Focus on geographic or functional target sets as required (i.e., narcotics trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, cryptocurrency, weapons trafficking, Dark Net/cyber enabled threats, and other transnational organized crime).  Fuse large amounts of all-source intelligence and law enforcement agency data into actionable intelligence products that support tactical and operational efforts for LE and IA mission partners.  Conduct entity-level, all-source, all-domain network analysis of world-wide drug related issues to include, but not limited to, TOC, CD, and drug trafficking organizations (DTOs), DTO operations, internal security, methods, organizational facilities, personalities involved in drug production, processing, flows and narco-terrorism.  Effectively and accurately articulates analytic findings and operational-level recommendations to  partners during  meetings and engagements.  Develop all-source network targeting plans to support the analytic processing of incoming reports, bulk communications data, and bulk data from a large range of tools and databases to determine significance, reliability, and projected analytic workflows of incoming information  Develop tailored written, graphical, and verbal intelligence deliverables focused on the tips, leads, and new targets to drive operations against.  Leverage multiple intelligence sources such as human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT), and open-source intelligence (OSINT) to conduct network analysis for military, intelligence, LE or partners.  Identify and recommend network targeting workflow and tradecraft process improvements.  The successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships  Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor  Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project-focused professionals.   Qualifications Required :  Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of intelligence analysis and reporting leveraging various sources such as HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT.  Active Top Secret security clearance required Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred:  Experience with i2 Analyst Notebook and network development tools. Experience acting as a liaison with counterparts throughout the U.S LE, intelligence community, inter-agency and operational staffs of the Unified Commands, military services, and other Government agencies. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.   You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
