Lync Engineer

<p>• All aspects of Microsoft OCS, Lync 2010 &amp; 2013 Server environment

• Active Directory administration

• Exchange Server administration 2007, 2010 &amp; 2013

• Operating and responding to Automated and proactive alerting from MOM/SCOM.

• Perform system maintenance and executing associated tasks

• Communicate effectively and produce relevant reports

• Standard Operating Procedures documentation.

• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and to deliver multiple work items (ie. Incidents, requests and Changes, as per ITIL prescription) on time and within contracted SLAs and OLAs

• Developing and implement Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).

• Have overall understanding of other Messaging Systems and integration with MS Lync

• 3rd Party vendor and supply coordination and escalation

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of current Microsoft Server and Desktop technologies as learned in prior and current Certification training such as MCSE or MCITP covering the full scope of MS Lync Infrastructure, network and voice platforms.

• Have full understanding of Quality of Service pertaining to the Lync environment and Cisco call manager integration / PABX integration.

• Ability to use monitoring and archiving tools.

<p>• MCITP Enterprise Administrator 2008

• MCTS or MCITP Exchange and Lync

• MCSE 2012 is an advantage

• ITIL V3 Foundation
