<p>As part of our growth strategy, we are launching a referral program to support the expansion of our broker population.<br><br>We are looking for:<br>• Mid to senior brokers<br>• Strong track record and client relationships</p>
<p>• London office based<br><br>Your network is one of our strongest assets. If you know high-quality brokers who could be a fit, we encourage you to refer them.<br><br>Incentive:<br>• USD 10,000<br>• 50% on joining<br>• 50% after successful completion of probation<br><br>Referrals must be external candidates not already in process. Please submit profiles via BambooHR. We will ensure a fast turnaround on all submissions.</p>

<p>This incentive is available for Broker who hire outside of their desk or Support staff only. Employees with direct involvement in hiring are not eligible (BD, Head of office…).</p>
