Systems Engineer

<p>About the Role</p>

<p>Market Securities is looking for a Systems Engineer to support and maintain our global IT infrastructure. Working alongside senior engineers, you will help manage enterprise systems, virtualization, Microsoft technologies and backup solutions across multiple international offices.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Support Windows Server and Active Directory environments. </li>

<li>Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter infrastructure. </li>

<li>Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune. </li>

<li>Monitor and maintain Veeam Backup &amp; Replication. </li>

<li>Support DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and file services. </li>

<li>Perform system monitoring, patching and health checks. </li>

<li>Assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades and documentation. </li>

<li>Troubleshoot server and infrastructure issues. </li>

<p>Requirements</p>

<ul>

<li>2–3 years' experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator. </li>

<li>Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory. </li>

<li>Experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter. </li>

<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune. </li>

<li>Basic knowledge of Veeam Backup &amp; Replication. </li>

<li>Understanding of networking fundamentals. </li>

<li>Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. </li>

<li>Fluent English and Spanish. </li>
