</ul><p><u>YOUR MISSION</u></p>

<p>True Anomaly is looking for you, a frontline operational resource responsible for day-to-day PLM administration, user support, and system maintenance. Ensures smooth operations, manages license allocation, and provides first-line technical support. Combines foundational Teamcenter and xCAD experience with strong customer service orientation. This role offers significant growth opportunity to develop deep PLM expertise</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Be a positive and primary source of support for users interacting with Teamcenter,<br>facilitating their needs</li>

<li>Manage daily user accounts, permissions, and technical support via ticketing system; triage<br>and escalate complex issues</li>

<li>&nbsp;Conduct user training and onboarding; document support interactions and maintain<br>knowledge base</li>

<li>Monitor and manage license allocation (Teamcenter, NX, SolidWorks, Simcenter); track<br>usage patterns and identify bottlenecks</li>

<li>Generate usage reports with optimization recommendations; coordinate vendor<br>relationships for renewals and troubleshooting</li>

<li>Perform basic Teamcenter configuration using BMIDE; monitor environment health and<br>execute maintenance tasks</li>

<li>&nbsp;Track performance metrics; coordinate with IT on infrastructure issues; maintain<br>documentation and runbooks</li>

<li>Identify recurring issues and propose improvements; participate in upgrade planning and<br>testing; develop PLM expertise</li>

<li>Support develop and maintain standard CAD libraries</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>1-3 years PLM administration, IT support, or related technical role with Teamcenter<br>exposure</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical&nbsp;experience with technical training</li>

<li>Siemens Teamcenter certification or equivalent; hands-on Teamcenter and Active&nbsp;Workspace experience; BMIDE configuration familiarity</li>

<li>CAD systems (NX or SolidWorks); license management tools (FlexLM, RLM); basic SQL for&nbsp;database queries</li>

<li>Windows/Linux knowledge; CAD/PLM concepts; ticketing systems; basic scripting exposure&nbsp;(PowerShell, Python, Bash)</li>

<li>Excellent customer service with patience and positive attitude; strong communication skills;&nbsp;self-motivated learner</li>

<li>Effective prioritization and time management; detail-oriented with strong documentation&nbsp;habits</li>

<li>Collaborative team player; adaptable to fast-paced environments</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Aerospace/defense/regulated manufacturing background; BOM structures and change&nbsp;management understanding; Jira/Confluence experience; customer support experience; ITIL&nbsp;foundation</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Base Salary:&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;$80,000 - $130,000&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>Equity + Benefits</strong> including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave&nbsp;</li>

</ul>
