Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters recherche un(e) Instructeur(rice) Sol et Simulateur (f/h) pour rejoindre notre département Training Pilotes au sein d'Airbus Helicopters Training Academy, basé à Marignane, France.

Ce poste consistera à assurer la formation hélicoptères des clients en cours pilotes théoriques et simulations lors des qualifications de type. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe la formation pilote, la documentation équipage et les services Flight OPS.

Vos challenges:

• Nous proposons un poste d'instructeur au sein de l'Académie de formation d'Airbus Helicopters afin de renforcer notre équipe d'experts.

• Vous assurerez la formation théorique et pratique sur simulateur pour les pilotes des clients d'Airbus Helicopters, en vue de leur qualification de type.

• Vous participerez à l'élaboration des programmes de formation et transmettrez vos connaissances et votre savoir-faire aux stagiaires.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe la formation pilote, la documentation équipage et les services Flight OPS. Au sein de l’équipe, vous serez impliqué(e) dans l’élaboration et la validation des moyens de formations, cours et outils, dans la dispense des formations pilote théoriques avec l’utilisation de moyens dédiés (Other Training Devices (OTD) - e.g : «avionics trainer» et «cockpit trainer») visant à atteindre l’excellence dans nos formations pilote et la Sécurité des vols.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir.

Mission principale:

Pédagogie et proximité Client

• Dispenser l’instruction théorique et simulateur en prenant particulièrement soin de s’adapter en permanence en fonction des disparités en termes d’expérience, de culture, d’aisance linguistique, … de nos stagiaires. Votre ADN : avoir la satisfaction Client au centre de vos préoccupations;
• Être l’ambassadeur de l’excellence d'Airbus Helicopters auprès des pilotes de nos Clients ;
• Participer aux tâches de gestion de l’ATO
• Vous pourrez être amené(e) à avoir à valider d’autres qualifications de type en fonction 
• des besoins de l’ATO

Missions annexes:

Ingénierie Pédagogique

Vous contribuerez activement au maintien des supports de cours en fonction des évolutions des machines, à la création de nouveaux supports et modules ou à la mise en place de nouvelles solutions technologiques et méthodologiques afin de toujours garantir le meilleur niveau de formation pour nos clients.

Expertise Opérationnelle et Flight Ops

Vous participerez au développement de l’Operational Suitability Data Flight Crew Data (OSD-FCD) et à l’élaboration de la documentation opérationnelle et vous assurerez la cohérence entre l'instruction délivrée et les manuels de vol (RFM) ou manuels opérationnels.

Votre profil:

• Pilote hélicoptères multi moteur sur la gamme Airbus Hélicoptères
• 100h de vol ME en tant que PIC
• Qualification IFR
• Bonnes connaissances du domaine d’intervention (techniques et réglementaires)

Serait un plus:

• Expérience des opérations multipilotes et/ou expérience de la formation au sol et sur simulateur
• La qualification MCC
• Minimum 10 ans d’expériences dans l’aéronautique (1500h de vol)
• Connaissance en avionique nouvelle génération

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Pilot instructor (m/w) (theoretical instruction and flight simulator) SFI to join our Pilot Training team within Airbus Helicopters Training Academy based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team developing Pilot training and Flight Operations services. As part of the team you will be involved in the elaboration and validation of the training means, courses & tools, in the delivery of theoretical and practical training (except actual flight training) with the use of dedicated means [Other Training Device (OTD) and Flight Synthetic Training Device (FSTD)] aiming at enhancing Flight Safety and Pilot Training efficiency.

Your challenges: 

We offer an instructor position within the Airbus Helicopters Training Academy to reinforce our team of experts. You will deliver theoretical and practical simulator training for Airbus Helicopters' customer pilots, leading to their type rating. You will participate in the development of training programs and pass on your knowledge and expertise to the trainees.

Business travel is to be expected.

Main mission

Pedagogy and Customer Proximity

• Deliver theoretical and simulator instruction, taking particular care to permanently adapt based on disparities in terms of experience, culture, language fluency, etc., of our trainees. Your DNA: having Customer satisfaction at the center of your concerns;
• Be the ambassador of Airbus Helicopters' excellence to our Customers' pilots; 
• Participate in the management tasks of the ATO. 

You may be required to validate other type ratings depending on the needs of the ATO. 

Secondary missions :

Instructional Design

You will actively contribute to maintaining course materials in line with aircraft developments, creating new materials and modules, or implementing new technological and methodological solutions to always guarantee the best training level for our customers. 

Operational Expertise and Flight Ops 

You will participate in the development of Operational Suitability Data Flight Crew Data (OSD-FCD) and the elaboration of operational documentation, and you will ensure consistency between the delivered instruction and the Rotorcraft Flight Manuals (RFM) or operational manuals.

Your profile: 

• Multi-engine helicopter pilot on the Airbus Helicopters range 
• 100 flight hours ME as PIC 
• IFR rating 
• Good knowledge of the field of intervention (technical and regulatory)

Would be a plus: 

• Experience in multi-pilot operations and/or ground and simulator training experience MCC qualification 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aeronautics (1500 flight hours) 
• Knowledge of new generation avionics
