<p>Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Own&nbsp;all&nbsp;financial&nbsp;planning,&nbsp;budgeting,&nbsp;forecasting,&nbsp;and&nbsp;long-range&nbsp;planning</li>

<li>Lead&nbsp;monthly&nbsp;close,&nbsp;financial&nbsp;reporting,&nbsp;and&nbsp;executive/ownership&nbsp;financial&nbsp;communications</li>

<li>Partner with operations on cost accounting, plant-level P&amp;Ls, yield analysis, and COGS management across our New Berlin facility</li>

<li>Manage&nbsp;cash&nbsp;flow,&nbsp;working&nbsp;capital,&nbsp;and&nbsp;banking/lender&nbsp;relationships</li>

<li>Oversee&nbsp;treasury,&nbsp;tax,&nbsp;audit,&nbsp;and&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;functions</li>

<li>Build financial models to support co-pack and private-label pricing decisions, customer profitability, and capacity investments</li>

<li>Lead&nbsp;commodity&nbsp;and&nbsp;input&nbsp;cost&nbsp;risk&nbsp;management&nbsp;for&nbsp;key&nbsp;raw&nbsp;materials&nbsp;and&nbsp;packaging</li>

<li>Manage&nbsp;the&nbsp;annual&nbsp;audit&nbsp;and&nbsp;relationships&nbsp;with&nbsp;external&nbsp;accountants,&nbsp;auditors,&nbsp;and&nbsp;tax&nbsp;advisors</li>

<li>Develop&nbsp;and&nbsp;mentor&nbsp;the&nbsp;finance&nbsp;team;&nbsp;upgrade&nbsp;systems,&nbsp;processes,&nbsp;and&nbsp;talent&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;business&nbsp;scales&nbsp;</li>

<p>Qualifications&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>5-10&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;progressive&nbsp;finance&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;</li>

<li>Expertise&nbsp;in&nbsp;cost&nbsp;accounting&nbsp;and&nbsp;manufacturing&nbsp;finance&nbsp;</li>

<li>Familiarity with private-label and co-manufacturing economics, customer pricing, and deductions management preferred&nbsp;</li>

<li>Bachelor’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;Finance,&nbsp;Accounting,&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;field;&nbsp;CPA&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;MBA&nbsp;strongly&nbsp;preferred</li>

<li>Strong&nbsp;technical&nbsp;accounting&nbsp;foundation&nbsp;(GAAP)&nbsp;plus&nbsp;commercial&nbsp;and&nbsp;operational&nbsp;instincts</li>

<li>Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;ERP&nbsp;systems&nbsp;(i.e.&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;365,&nbsp;etc)&nbsp;and&nbsp;modern&nbsp;FP&amp;A&nbsp;tooling&nbsp;</li>

<li>Excellent communicator who can translate financial complexity for non-finance leaders and ownership&nbsp;</li>
