<p>Position Overview<br>We’re looking for a reliable Handyman / Repair Technician to help with repairs, prep work, and general property improvement projects.</p>

<p>This role may include drywall work, siding repairs, trim repairs, wood rot replacement, painting prep, and general handyman work.</p>

<p>You do not need to be a master carpenter, but you do need to:<br>• Follow directions<br>• Take pride in clean work<br>• Be dependable</p>

<p>What You’ll Do</p>

<li>Drywall installation</li>

<li>Drywall finishing</li>

<li>Siding repair</li>

<li>Trim repair</li>

<li>Wood rot replacement</li>

<li>Painting prep work</li>

<li>General repair work</li>

<li>Use basic tools and construction skills daily</li>

<p>Jobsite Responsibilities</p>

<li>Keep jobsites clean and organized</li>

<li>Work safely on ladders and lifts</li>

<li>Communicate with crew leaders and superintendents</li>

<li>Follow company systems and processes</li>
