Sales & Customer Support Coordinator

<p>DBA Bingltd, is a family-owned company specializing in solid wood products, including butcher block countertops. We are building a new and growing division and are looking for a motivated team member to support our customers, sales team, and daily operations.</p>

<p>Position Summary</p>

<p>The Sales &amp; Customer Support Coordinator will support customer service, sales activities, and business development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning new technology, and growing with a company.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Respond to customer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and online messages.</li>

<li>Support B2C customers and B2B accounts.</li>

<li>Prepare quotes, product information, and sales documents.</li>

<li>Update customer information and follow-up activities in HubSpot CRM.</li>

<li>Research potential dealers, distributors, and wholesale customers.</li>

<li>Help create product catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials using AI tools and Canva.</li>

<li>Assist the sales and operations team with daily tasks.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.</li>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<ul>

<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>

<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.</li>

<li>Comfortable learning new software and technology.</li>

<li>Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).</li>

<li>Ability to research information online.</li>

<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li>

</ul>

<p>Preferred:</p>

<ul>

<li>Customer service, sales support, or administrative experience.</li>

<li>Experience with CRM systems, Shopify, or AI tools.</li>

<li>Experience in wholesale, building materials, furniture, or home improvement industries.</li>
