<p><strong>Communications Specialist – Skill Level 4</strong></p>

<p><strong>Clearance Required:</strong>&nbsp; TS/SCI</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp; Springfield, VA - 100% onsite</p>

<p><strong>Duties Include: </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Developing messages for potentially the entire NGA workforce.</li>

<li>Crafting senior messages and talking points for various target audiences</li>

<li>Implementing the HD Strategic Plan</li>

<li>Provide presentation support to Office leadership to include message intent, developing targeted/tailored graphical concept and designs</li>

<li>Preparing and supporting the development of Town Halls including preparing answers to questions posed at the Town Halls.</li>

<li>Use written and verbal skills to create a wide range of products and corporate communication material.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Required Skills: </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in public relations or communication</li>

<li>At least 12 months demonstrated experience with SharePoint, updating web content and using electronic publishing applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator or Adobe Pro</li>

<li>At least 12 months demonstrated experience using APA style writing and editing</li>

<li>At least 12 months demonstrated experience planning and executing senior leaders’ (General/Flag Officer, SES, or corporate equivalent) speaking events and crafting Q&amp;A responses</li>

<li>At least 48 months demonstrated experience in communications strategy development</li>
