<ul>

<li>Managing a caseload of lien files which involves rating the permanent disability under the AMA guides, reviewing medical records, understanding apportionment, completing settlement documents, and resolving liens</li>

<li>Performing lien negotiations and legal representations</li>

<li>Appearing before a judge for Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Status Conferences, and Walking Thru settlements</li>

<li>Providing timely communication with clients and written summaries on a routine basis</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Three years of experience working as a Hearing Representative in California Workers’ Compensation Defense (Required)</li>

<li>Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation law</li>

<li>Highly motivated, results-driven, high energy, and a sense of urgency</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to outstanding customer service</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>

<li>Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision</li>

<li>Client-focused, with the ability to deliver results</li>
