<p>Dexis is recruiting&nbsp;Policy Analyst&nbsp;to support&nbsp;anticipated&nbsp;programming&nbsp;with the Department of&nbsp;War&nbsp;(DoW). This opportunity will provide&nbsp;program support, policy support, and technical&nbsp;assistance&nbsp;services to support Counterdrug&nbsp;(CD)/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC)/Counter-Threat Finance (CTF)&nbsp;mission needs of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), The Joint Staff,&nbsp;Combatant Commands&nbsp;(CCMDs), Military Departments, and Defense Agencies.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This position&nbsp;is contingent upon contract award.&nbsp;</p>

<h1><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h1>

<ul>

<li>Conduct assessments of changes to the international political-military environment and the potential impacts on&nbsp;DoW&nbsp;and USG efforts to counter global drug trafficking and other illicit threat network activities that threaten U.S. national security interests.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Provide advice and recommendations to USG decision makers&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;the implications of existing or proposed changes to USG international agreements, military sales, security cooperation investments, and similar activities on CD/CTOC/CTF policies and programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Analyze national security policy issues related to&nbsp;DoW&nbsp;support of National Drug Control Program objectives, identify stakeholder equities, and assist USG personnel in developing responsive CD/CTOC/CTF programs in coordination with other OSD offices, the Joint Staff, CCMDs, Military Departments, Defense Agencies, the USG Intelligence Community, other USG Departments, and U.S. and foreign law enforcement partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Provide decision-support&nbsp;assistance&nbsp;to ODASD (CN&amp;SP) and USG personnel by analyzing ongoing and proposed CCMD and Defense Agency CD/CTOC/CTF programs and activities and making recommendations, based on USG guidance, for investment or other programmatic changes.&nbsp;</li>

<h1><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></h1>

<ul>

<li>Active&nbsp;Top Secret&nbsp;clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Possess&nbsp;a master’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field of study.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Possess ten (10) years’ experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the&nbsp;DoW, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents, and will be expected to perform at the level of a mid-range GS-15 equivalent.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Shall&nbsp;possess&nbsp;exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication with&nbsp;DoW&nbsp;and other USG staff in the performance of all duties,&nbsp;tasks&nbsp;and services.&nbsp;</li>
